I say it to my kids daily!
I want them to feel seen and heard and know that they matter.
Even when it’s not pretty... especially then.
I hope that this creates pathways and bridges and inlets and outlets for them to know themselves... For them to allow themselves the freedom of being themselves fully with out shame.
I pray this lives on in them as #MentalHealth as Health as acceptance as peace of mind.
